Welcome to our exclusive Face-to-Face Training Hub – built for locals who want real, hands-on coaching without the fluff. All sessions are 45 minutes and laser-focused on helping you train with purpose.
We offer two core options:
Hybrid Coaching: Combine in-person sessions with full online programming and accountability.
In-Person Training Only: Casual 1:1 sessions without ongoing programming — great for quick support, form checks, or focused training blocks.
Please note: All clients must complete a basic onboarding form and medical screening before beginning any sessions.

Just want to train with a coach, no ongoing plan or app support? These standalone sessions are all about time with a pro. You’ll get high-quality coaching in each 45-minute session — but there’s no long-term program included.

5 Pack – Great for short-term goals or refreshers
