Welcome to Wall of Strength!


I’m Harry Wall, a personal trainer focused on guiding everyday people to achieve their best health in a realistic and sustainable way. I’m not here to push bodybuilding, powerlifting, or any extreme niches—I’m all about health, longevity, and helping you get the best out of your body. My approach centres on practical, enjoyable fitness, designed to enhance your life rather than dominate it. But if your goals lean toward specialized areas, I’m more than capable of helping you get there, too.


With my certifications in Fitness (Certificate 3 and 4), Sport Development, and Sport and Recreation, I bring a well-rounded, thoughtful approach to personal training. My mission with Wall of Strength is simple: to help each client find their own path to health and fitness in a way that truly fits their life.

One of the key parts of Wall of Strength is The Vault, a premium, highly effective, and affordable way for everyone to get involved in fitness without overpaying for ineffective programs. In today’s fitness world, I see too many trainers handing out generic programs, prioritizing profit over client success. The Vault is my answer to this—every program within it is crafted with care, grounded in proven techniques, and designed to help you make real, sustainable progress.


I created The Vault to provide high-quality, structured programs for a fraction of what traditional training might cost. For less than $15 a week, you get access to a constantly growing library of expertly designed workouts for all fitness levels and goals. From strength and fat loss to endurance, mobility, and more, The Vault puts you in control of your journey. It’s my way of giving you the best of personal training without unnecessary costs—because fitness should be effective, accessible, and genuinely helpful.


My Philosophy


At Wall of Strength, fitness is not about quick fixes or extreme transformations. I believe in finding a routine that enhances your everyday life, making you stronger, healthier, and more confident without sacrificing the things that make you happy. This could mean fitting in a workout around your busy schedule or enjoying a KFC meal once a week—no worries at all! I’ll work with you to keep the things you love while moving toward a healthier, stronger you.


Fitness should be about balance and enjoyment. We’ll focus on building habits that support your goals and lifestyle, creating a fitness routine that’s sustainable, fulfilling, and uniquely yours.

In my training programs, I emphasize quality over quantity, form over intensity, and sustainability over speed. My goal is to build strength that lasts and habits that stick. Here’s what you can expect when working with me:


Customized Programs: Every client is unique, so I offer programs that can be tailored to your specific needs and goals. This could be anything from strength-building routines and posture training to running and flexibility work.


The Vault: For those looking for an affordable yet effective option, The Vault provides a full range of expertly crafted programs that fit any schedule, goal, or fitness level. Whether you’re looking for women’s-focused fat loss, dumbbell-only routines, or at-home bodyweight splits, there’s something for everyone in The Vault—all for a fraction of what traditional personal training costs.


Accessible, Balanced Nutrition: I believe nutrition should be enjoyable and easy to manage, so I offer a variety of recipe packs designed to cater to different dietary preferences and goals, like vegan, low-carb, and high-protein. MyFitnessPal barcodes are included to make tracking easy, so you can enjoy healthy eating without the hassle.


Community and Support: Through the Wall of Strength community, my clients have a supportive network to lean on. You’ll find a space to connect, share progress, and get encouragement from others on similar journeys, with regular check-ins and motivational messages to keep you on track.


Realistic Goals and Accountability: I focus on creating achievable goals that make a real difference. Fitness should fit into your life, not take it over, so I offer practical advice, regular check-ins, and tracking tools to make sure you’re progressing at a pace that works for you.
